Martin J. Wygod has, since May 2005, served as Chairman of the Board of our company. In addition, he has served as HLTH's Chairman of the Board since March 2001 and as a member of the Board of Directors of HLTH since September 2000. From October 2000 until May 2003, he also served as HLTH's Chief Executive Officer and, from September 2000 until October 2000, also served as Co-CEO of HLTH. He is also engaged in the business of racing, boarding and breeding thoroughbred horses, and is President of River Edge Farm, Inc.
