Anthony Vuolo has been WebMD's Interim Chief Executive Officer since January 2012 and Chief Financial Officer since 2009. A veteran of the organization, Mr. Vuolo has served in senior financial, operational and business development positions with WebMD and its predecessor companies for more than 15 years. Mr. Vuolo has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

Before joining the company, Mr. Vuolo was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Merit Behavioral Care Corp. (now part of Magellan Health Services), a behavioral healthcare management company, Senior Vice President, Business Development, of Merck-Medco (now Medco Health Solutions), a prescription drug benefit management company, and a manager at Arthur Andersen.

Mr. Vuolo received a B.S. degree in accounting from St. John's University and is a CPA. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of CPAs.
